Refund policy

1. Standard Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return your product within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Unused, with tags attached
  • Original packaging
  • Attach a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Return and Refund Process

To expedite your return, please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return

Quality issues: Images of the product and packaging.

Non-quality issues: Images of the product and packaging.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a return address and instructions.

Processing time: We typically process returns within 2-5 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (including international shipping) unless the return is due to a product defect or malfunction.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and address it.

4. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving a reason. The item must meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm refund approval.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Partial Refunds and Price Matching Terms

  • Only items of the same model are eligible for partial refunds.
  • Partial refund requests must be made after receiving your order, no later than one week before the promotional period begins, and no later than one week after the promotion begins.
  • Coupons, shipping costs, and taxes are not included in partial refunds.
  • Additional fees incurred during the promotional period due to system errors or other issues are refundable.

Snocod reserves the right to refuse or revoke refunds in cases of suspected refund abuse.
